Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents authorities to follow lhe rules of Reservation which is Mandatory as per Article 335 of the Constitution of lndia declare the action of the respondent authorities not providing reservation in favour of S.T. ORDER:
On 18.01.2023, whcn the present Writ Petition was
taken up, there was no reprcsentation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such, the present Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 06.02.2023. Thereafter, on 0i.03.2023, when the matter was taken up, there was no reprcsentation on behalf of the leamed counsel for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 29.03.2023. Irurther, on 11 .04.2023, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite the same, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
Having regard to the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not intcrested to pursue the present writ Petition
