The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in considering thc petition hled by the petitioner on^.21.O4.2017 seeking to provide alternative employment as Record Tracer instead of conductor vide proceedings No.Ell255(1)/2017-WLl2, dated 2i.04.2OlT in terms of rhe Circular No.PD-09/2OO9, dared 04.O3.2OO9 is illegal and arbitrary.

Subsequentiy, this matter u.as referred to Lok Adalat for settlement and by L,ok Adalat award dated 13.07.2019, the matter was settled in terms of the joint mcmorandum entered between the parties.

In the light of above, the Lok Adalat award dated 13.O7.2O19 passed by the Lok Adalat Bench is taken on record and confirmed. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
