Learned Government Pleader for ilome^{has obtained} written instructions, according to^{which, the subject vehicles} were seized by the Station^{House Officer, Kalur} Thimmandoddi Police Station,^{who produced them beforethe} I Additional Judicial Magistrate of^{First Class, Gadwal on} 2L07.2023 in CPR No.122/2023.^{It is furthersubmitted that} the Court of the I^{Additional Judicial Magistrate of FirstClass,} Gadwal has returned^{the said vehicles to the Station House} Officer for safe custody.

4, Further, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 10.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.47O3 of 2023.

In view of the above submissions, the petitioners are directed to file an appropriate application for release of the subject vehicles before the I Additional ludicial f'4agistrate of First Class, Gadwal, who shall then consider the same in accordance to law, in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, and pass appropriate orders thereon,, within a reasonable period.
