Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for TSSpDCL appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri B.Jagan Madhav Rao, learned standing counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the respondents to process the petitioner,s application dated 28.07.2023, seeking 4 domestic connections of 20000 watts vide registration No.1TM236480181 submitted online by the petitioner enclosing the necessary documents, and further to provide electrical connection to the petitioner residential building in Plot No.101 admeasuring 200 sq. yards in Survey Nos.17316, 175, t76, 181 situated at Mallampet Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamrna Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and bounded by North: plot No.102, South: plot No.100, East: 30'-0" wide road; West: plot No.95.

The grievance of the petitioner is that resoondents have not processed the application of the petitioner dated 28.07.2023 for providing electricity connection to^petitioner residential building in Plot No.101, admeasurlng 200 sq.yards in Sy.Nos.773/6, 1.75, 176, 7BL situated at Mallampet Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri^District and bounded by North: Plot No.102, South: Plot No.100,^East: 30'-0" wide road; West: Plot No.95 and further that^no orders have been passed on petitioner's application, dated 28.07 .2023, till as on date.^.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf. of the respondents submit that the writ^petition could^be disposed off directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 28.O7.2023 in accordance to law and pass appropriate orders within reasonable period.

Taking into consideration the said submissions put-forth by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1to 4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5, the writ petition is disposed of directing the resRgndents to consider and

process the application of the petitioner dated 24.O7.2(J23 made by the petitioner for providing electricity connection to the petitioner residential building in^plot No.lO1, admeasuring 2OO sq.yards in Sy.Nos.17316, L7S, 1-76, Lgt situated at Maltampet Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandat, Medchal_ Malkajgiri District, in accordance to law, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass appropriate orders, duly communicating the decision to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
