No' 140. It is further case of the petitioner that civir disputes arose between his family and respondent Nos.7 to g, when respondent Nos.7 to B demanded him to relinquish his possession over agricultural land. It is further case oF the petitioner that when he objected for the same, the respondent No.7 resorted to criminal acts of assaulting, which resulted in lodging of Crime No.119 of 2019 and in pursuance of same, he was charge sheeted and put to trial in S.C.No.IS7 of 2O2l on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Armoor, being charged for the offence under Section 307 of IpC and the said case ended in Acquittal, against which he preferred Criminal Appeal 431 of ZO23 on the file of this Court and the same is pending.
