ORDER:
This writ petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not closing the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
A counter afhdavit has been filed by respondent No.5 infer alia stating that on examination of the records, it is revealed that the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner was already closed on 26.07.2023 vide proceedings No.HCP/trZlHE1. I 1991/2023 dated 26.O7 .2023 issued by the Deputy Commissjoner of Police, E.ast Zone, Flyderabad City, on the proposal submitted by respondent No.S and a copy of the said proceedings is also produced before this Court.
In view of the same and as the grievance of the pelitioner stands redressed by way of closure of rowdy sheet opened against him, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
