This writ petition has been filed qu estioning the action of the respondents police in not registering the compiaints dated 28.03.2023 and, O3.O4.2O23 submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that pending adjudication of the present wnt petition, the respondents police have acted upon the complaints submitted by the pedtioner dated 28.03.2023 aIId O3.O4.2O25 and as the said complaints reveal cognisable offence, they registered a case in Crime No. 13S of 2023and the same ls pending for investigation.

In view of the aforesaid submission and since the gnevance of the petitioner stands redressed by wav of regrstering the crime, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shalt stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
