The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of open plot admeasuring 829 square yards situated in Survey No.98 of Kajipet Jagir Revenue Village, Prakashreddypet, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal district, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed, bearing document No.9155/2019 dated 16.04.2019. It is the case of the petitioner that earlier when third parties were interfering with his possession over the said property, he was constrained to institute O.S.No.390 of 2Ol9 on the hle of Principal Senior civil Judge, Warangal, wherein an order of ad interim injunction has been granted in I.A.No.47 1 of 2019. It is the lurther case of the petitioner that during the pendency of the said suit, the son of his vendor's brother sold the Iand admeasuring 629 square yards in favour of third parties and when they tried to interfere with his possession over the subject property, he instituted another civil suit vide O.S.No.6O of 2O2O on the hle of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, and the said Court also granted ad interim injunction in I.A.No.268 of 2O2O dated 24.O7.2O2O.
