On 28.02.2023, when the present Writ Petition was
taken up, there was no representation on behalf of tl-re lean'red counsel for the petitioners, as such, the present Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 07.03.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite the same, even today, there is no representation on behalf ol' the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Having regard to the abovc, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecutlon.
