Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ declaring the order of the 4th respondent in No.l3|2OO2-2O03-PBC-GC dated 28-12-2002 and the action of the respondents in recovering a total of Rs.1 ,75,2951- in 100 instalments of Rs.17531- per month from petitioners salary and treating the petitioner continuous service as absence from duty for regularisation as iltegat, irregular, improper, unfair, arbitrary and violative of the principles of naturaljustice and to set-aside the same and to consequently direct the respondents to pay back the recovered amount to thepetitioner with interest.

ORDER:
On 19.01 .2023, when thepresent Writ Petition was
taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned
counsel for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 06.02.2023. Thereafter, on24.02.2023, when the present Writ Petition was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such, the present Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Orders' on 07.03.2023. On 09.03.2023, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.03.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite the same, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner
Having regard to the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present Writ Petition.
