Petition Under Article 226 o'f the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of Mandamus declare the action of respondents not considered the representation of the petitioner 16-4-2014 for renew the license vide licence No. 820 in the name of M/s. Kanakadurga Saw lr4ill, as per application d|.29-11-2012 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Art. 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of lndia, consequently direct the respondents renew the licence vide licence No.820 of M/s. Kanakadurga Saw Mill by application dt. 29-11-2012, and also direct the respondents to grant permission for transfer the premises from Millaram Tank to Gud ima lkapu r.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, leamed counsel lbr the petitioner as well as leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Forests submits that during the peqdenc.,- of the writ petition, Government issued^{(l.O.Ms.No.69.} Environment, Forests, Science and^'Iechnology' (For.l), 5'h August.2022, fran.ring new Rules viz., Wood Based Industries (Regulation) Rutes,2022 and the same was published in Telangana Gazette vide Gazetle Notification No.l6, dated 05.08.2022.

ln view' of the same. the petitioner is granted libeffy to make a fresh application lor renewal ol Saw Mill license as per the new Rules viz., Wood Based lndustries (Regulation) Rules, 2022 and as soon as the petitioner submits the application. the respondents may consider the same and pass appropriate crders in accordance with the Law.
