When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services - II appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 placed on record a copy of the proceedings uide Memo No.82 1L/G/2022-1, dated O1.O9.2O22, and submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court on O7.OI.2O22, the respondents have disposed of the appeal ltled by the petitioner by duly rejecting his case

3, At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 01..o9.2022.
