No.10/3980/20'1-Pts dt.28-1-2015 as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice , equity and fair play and prays to direct the respondents herein to regularize services of the petitioners with

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri CH.Gopal, learned counsel representing Sri CH.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by impleading all the respective Grama Panchayats as a party respondents.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty sought by the petitioners. No costs.
