This Writ Appeal is filed by the appellants assailing the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.16705 of 2023, dated 30.06.2023.

and 138D, the anslr,e-rs were arnbiguous and wrong answers were given to these questions; thereafter, the appellants have submitted their objections to the answers furnished to Question Nos.77, 83, 124 and 138D; based on the said objections, the respondents have referred the same to art expert commtttee and based on the opinion of the expert committee, the respondents have published the final key on 2L.10.2022; even in the said final key, the answers to Question Nos.77, 83, 124 and 13BD were again wrong and ambiguous; aggrieved thereby, the appellants lhave approached this Court by filing' Writ petition No.16705 ol 2023 seeking a direction to delete the Question Nos.77, 83, 124 and 138D, as admittedly, the a-nswers fumished in the key are incorrect; uide order dated 3O.06.2023, a learned Single Judge of this Court was pleased to d ismiss the u,rtt petition without appreciating any of the contentions raised by the appellants.

and after taking expert committee,s opinion, the respondents shoul& have deleted the said questions; because of this ambiguity in the answers furnished to Question Nos.77, 83, I24 and 13gD, the appellarts have suffered a great hardship and consequently they could not make up to the selections; and therefore, prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders in the Writ Appeal by setting aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.16705 of 2023, dated 30.06.2023, and, dtrect the respondents to refer the disputed questions to an expert l body, and upon obtaining such expert body opinion, delete the disputed questions from the preliminarv examination and permit the appellants to participate in the selection process.
