' This appeal is hled against the Order dated 3O.O7.2006 in O.P.No.2693 of 2OO4 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Il Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The appellant/petitioner hled O.p.No.2693 of 2OO4, claiming compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- for injuries sustained by him in the road traffic accident occurred on 14.O4.2OO4. There is no dispute regarding the accident and also negligence of the driver of the offending vehicle.

learned counsel for appellant/petitioner stated that the petitioner examined himself as p.W. 1 and examined P.W.2 who is a doctor and he filed Exs.Al to AlO. No oral evidence was adduced on behalf of respondents and Ex.Bl was marked.

Learned counsel^{for the petitioner stated that the} petitioner sustained^{fracture of both legs and severe} injuries. P.W.2^{stated that he examined the petitioner on} 12.12.2005 clinically^{and radiologically and opinedthat the} petitioner was^{partially and permanently disabled and} disability^{is 30Yo.It is clear from Exs'A6 and A7 that P'W'1} was admitted^{on16'04'2004, underwent surgeryon} 17.O4.2OO4^{and was dischargedot 26'04'2004' Thus he} was in^{hospitalfor a period of 1 I days'}

Considering^{the nature of injuries'this Courtgrants} Rs.30,000/-^{for injuries'Apart from that he is entitledto} Rs.15,OOO/-^{towards pain and suffering' Rs'15'0OO/-} towards^{loss of amenities' Rs'1O'000/- for transportation'} Rs.10,OO0/-^{for extra nourishrnentand Rs'50'OOO/- for}

medical expenses. The petitioner was aged 50 years at the time of accident and he was an agriculturist and doing plots business and was earning Rs. 10,OOO/- per month and he might have not done any work for a period of six months, as such he is entitled to Rs.60,0OO/- towards loss of earnings.

of frling the petition till date of realization. Respondent No.2/Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount within a period of one month frorn the date of order. On such Deposit, the appellant is entitled to withdraw the said amount. There shall be no order as to costs,
