This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside^{the docket} order dated 31.08.2023 in O.S.No.9 of^{2016 on the file of the Senior} Civil ludge, at Huzurabad.

The Suit vide O.S.No.9 of 2016^{is filed for declarationof title} and^permanent injunction. As^{per the docket orderdated} 31.08.2023, the defendant^{No.1 filed an application underOrder 14} Rule 1 and 5 of C.P.C for^{framing additionalissues and the said} application was numbered^{as I.A.No.311 of 2023 and it was allowed.}

Heard the argurnents both sides.^{Perusedthe record.}

Basing on the issues framed^{by.theCourt below, both the} parties completed to adduce the respective^{evidenceand closed and} the matter was^posted for^{arguments. As per the orders of this} Court, PW.l in the Suit^{was recalled and Ex.B15and 816 were} marked. The defendant^{No.1 flrled LA.No.203/2023for impleadnrent} of defendant Nos.6 to^{10 in the Suit and all of them were brought} on record. The^plaintiff reported^{no evidence and the suit against}

defendant No.10 was abated and defendant^{Nos.6 to} 9^{did not} adduce any evidence and subsequently, the^{case was adjourned} from time to time for arguments.

Even in the docket order dated 31.08.2023, it was specifically mentioned that I.A.No. 311 of 2023 was allowed but the additional issues were not framed and evidence was not adduced regarding the same. Therefore, this Court finds it reasonable to direct the Trail Court b frame additional Issues in view of allowing I.A.No. 311 of 2023 and permit both the prties to adduce evidence and to decide the same on merit after giving due opportunity to both the^parties.

As the Suit is of the year 2016 and as the Court below sought three months time from L5.06.2023 for disposal of the Suit and it is granted, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct both the learned counsel to cooperate with the Court below for disposal of the Suit vi@ O.S.No.9 of 2016 as expeditiously as^possible.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
