after filing the Counter.^'l'he ad-interim injunctior1 is granted till 05.07.2022 and it was extended from timc to time . [n view of the said Order they are causing obstruction to the construction work. In fact, petitioner/ defendant obtained loan from LIC housing hnance and invested huge amount for construction of building and thus she is facing untold mental agony.

Considering the fact that the Countcr is filed way back in the year 2022, this Court finds that it is^just and rcasonable to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.83o of 2022 on merits after considering the arguments of both sides within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
