This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973^(for short^'Cr.P.C.') by the^petitioner to^quash the proceedings against him in Crime No. 59 of 2021^pending on the file of ludicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubnagar, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of Indian Penal Code Section 3(1) of seed control Order 1983 and Section 29(1) of Insecticide Act, 1968.
