This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.6 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.810 of 2020 pending on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Since the crime is of the year 2018 and case is of the year 2021, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, to conclude the process of trial as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
