The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 31.01.20 12 passed in Crl.A.No.81 of 2O1O on the file of the learned XI Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Rangareddy District, at L.B.Nagar (for short, "the lower appellate court").

Learned counsel for the Revision petitioners submits that during the pendency of this revision, petitioner No.1 has passed away and so far as petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, they are strictly complying with the order dated 11.06.2010 in DVC.No.13 of 2OO9 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court-cum-Xl Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad and the said order was confirmed by the lower appellate court vide judgment dated 3l.OL.2Ol2 in Crl.A.No.81 of 20 1O.

Recording .the submission macie by the Iearned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Cour.t is of the view that the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are complying with the order dated 11.06.2010 in DVC.No.I3 of 2OO9 on the lile of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Specia_l Mobile Court-cum_Xl Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. Therefore, this Court is inclined to close the Criminal Revision Case.
