The present Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order in M.C.No.12 of 2014, dated 15.O3.2O16^passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.2-State.

A perusal of the record shows that the Revision pertains to the year 2016 and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar in M.C.No. 12 of 2OI4, dated 15.O3.2016 stating that, the petitioner does not have any sufhcient means to maintain his family members.

This Court upon careful consideration of the entire material on record and after hearing the submissions made by both the learned counsel is of the view that the maintenance awarded by the Court below is very meagre and appropriate. Challenging such a meagre amount is not permissible at this stage as the cost

of living standards of the people has been escalated. Hence, this

Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by tlle Court below. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the Revision Case as the same is devoid of merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
