The Revision Case is tilcd by the accused,^who is^being prosecuted under Section I 38 of the Negotiable^Instruments Act, 1881. The petitioner 1lled an application^{under Section} 224 Cr.P.C. praying the Cor:rt to^receive the^{bank statement} of account of^{q'itness, vt'ho u'as examinedas D.W 2.}

I do not find any inhrmity with the orders of^the learned Magistrate. Conse<1uently, if the amounts have been discharged, the accused can as well provide proof of the
