This Criminai Petition is hled under Section 4g2 Cr.p.C. by the petitioners/Al to A4 to quash the FIR No.141 of 2022 on the fiIe of Stalion House Ofhcer, Bommula Ramaram police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offence under Sections 42O IPC and Ser:tion 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

On instru ctions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, police have filed. charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C.No.787 of 2022 u,as assigned. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesard submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
