This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr,P.C. by the petitioner/Accused to quash the FIR No.471 of 2021 on the file of Station House Officer, Jadcherla Police Station, Mahaboobnagar, registered for the offence under Sections 486, 471 and 42O IPC.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Assistalt Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, police have filed charge sheet before the Court concemed and C.C.No.8 of 2023 was assigned. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
