This Criminal Petition is filed under Section^{4BZ of the Codeof Criminal} Procedure , t973 (for short^'Cr.P.C.') by^{the petitioners-Accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 7} and B to quash the^proceedings against themⁱⁿ Crime^{No.7206 of 202L} pending on the file of ludicial First Class Magistrate, at Kama Reddy, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 403, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard. Perused the record.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners-Accused Nos.l, 2,3,4,7, and 8 is at liberty to move this Court seeking^quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet by raising all the grounds.
