This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioner/ respondent seeking to direct the trial Court to hear I.A.(SR) No.2479 of 2023 in M.C.No.23 of 2016 to set aside the order dated l8.OB.2Ol7 in M.C.No.23 of 2076 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBCcum-Additional Family Court Judge-cum-XXIII Additional Chief -Judge,^{Hyderabad, and I.A. (SR) No.2480of 2023 in M.C.No.23} ot2016 for condoning the delay.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2 - State. Perused the record.

This Court, uide order dated 18.07.2023, directed the Registry to call for remarks from the concerned trial Court as to why I.A.(SR).No.2479 of 2023 and I.A.(SR).No.2480 of 2023 in M.C.No.23 of 2016 are not being heard and proceeding further with the main case.

As per the said report, the I.A.(SR) No.2480 of^{2023 rn} M.C.No.23 of 2016 was numbered as Crl.M.P.No.532^{of 2023} and it was posted along with Cr1.M.P.No.113O^{of 2022 on} 30.08.2023.
