The present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the Crime No. I 05 of 20 15 on the file of Golconda police Station, Hyderabad.

There is no representation on behatf of the petitioner even today.

Mr. Vizarath Ali, Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by providing online case details would submit that the subject matter of the crime has been investigated into and charge sheet has been laid vide C.C.No.555 of 2016 on the file of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and would submit that the cause in this Criminal petition does not survive and would further submit that the petitioners have already jumped the conditions imposed by the learned trial Court as it appears that the trial Court has issued notice to sureties and hence seeks to dismiss the petition as infructuous.
