This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.353 of 2Ol7 on the {ile of the XIX Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. The offence alleged again st him is punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable lnstruments Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No. 1/complainant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.2-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complainant/respondent No.1 filed the complaint by virtue of General Power of Attorney which is inva,lid and the petitioner intends to agitate the same before the concerned Court
