This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J, is Iiled by the petitioners-accused Nos.1O, 11 and 9 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.345 of 2Ol7 on the flle of learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 467, 468,477,406,4O9,42O,511 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'I.P.C')

None appeared for the petitioners on 07.11.2023. As such, the case was posted to today under the caption for dismissal but today also there was no representation. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was frled earlier.

I do not frnd any reason to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
