l. This Criminal Petition is fi1ed under Section 482 of Cr p C by the petitioner/Accused No.5 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.22l of 2023 on the file of the p.S., C.C.S.D.D., Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 42O and 120-E} of Indian penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the responden t-State and perused the record.

On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is up to seven years. this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in Crime No.221 of 2023 on the Iile of the p.S., C.C.S.D.D., Hyderabad District, to follow the procedure laid down under 1 '^{, ,,} Section 4l -A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulateb by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar u. State of Blharr
