This Criminal Petition is filed under Section^{482 of the Code of} Criminal Procedure,^{1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-} Accused No.3 to^quash the^proceedings against^{him in C.C.No.4469} of 2018^pending on the file of XI^{Additional Chief Metropolitan} Magistrate, Secunderabad, filed for the offences^punishable under Sections 406, 420,468 and 477 rlw 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860(for short the 'IPC').

Heard. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the^year 2017 and case is of the year 2020, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to conclude the process of trial as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
