In the said circumstances, this court cieems it appropriate to direct the Police to conclude the investigation taking into consideration the fact that civil suit is pending in between the parties before the civil court, and also directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners. However, the petitioner sharl appear for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
