J by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.20O of 2022 on the file of Vemulawada Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District for the offences under Section 354, 506 ol the Indian Penal Code.

deems it appropriate to direct the Police to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall appear for the purpose of
investigation as and when required.
