This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 7 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No. lO2 of 2022 pending on the hle of the Station House Offrcer, Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148,323 read with Section 749 of Lhe Indian Penal Code and Section 3(t)(r)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,2O15.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent No. 1 - State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that interim order was granted by this Court on 09 .O3.2O22 directing the investigating ofhcer not to arrest the petitioners herein, however, the investigation may go or-r. It is further contended that the said order holds good and this Criminal Petition may be disposed of with the said direction.
