This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.3 and 4, to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.351 of 2022 on the file of the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4,, 506, 406 ar,.d 477 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition AAt, 1961.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submitted that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as C.C. No.960 of 2023. Therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition lor adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
