This Criminal Petition is filed under Section^{482 Ct.P.C.,} to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1867^{of 2022, pending on} the file of VIII Additional Metropolitan^{Magistrate, Athiveili,} Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The^{petitioners hereinare accused} Nos.l and 2 in the said case. The^{offences alleged against the} petitioners herein are punishable under^{Sections 354-D,324,} 505 and 506 oflndian Penal^Code.
