This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2352 of^{2O2O, pendingon} the frle of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at^Malkajgiri, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The^petitioners herein are^accused Nos.l to 4 in the said case. The offences^{allegedagainst the} petitioners herein are punishable under Sections 448,³⁵⁴ , 324, 5O4 and 506 read with Section 34 of^{IndianPenalCode.} 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides^and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the^{State. Perusedthe} record.

During the pendency of the^present Criminal^{Petition, the} parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly,^the parties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2023 to^permit them^to compound the offences and compromise^{the matter.}

In view of the said report of the Secretary,^{Telangana High} Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2023 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings ln C.C.No.2352 of 2O2O, pending on the hle of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, Medchal-Malkalgiri District, against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 are hereby quashed. Petitioners/Al to A4 have undertaken to pay an amount of Rs. 10,OOO/-^(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates^{-Association,} Hyderabad', within a period of ten days from today, and file proof of the same into the Registry.
