ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Ashok, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri M. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that the respondents are not interfering the subject property as directed by this Court in W.P.No.7224 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020 and he further requested to close the Contempt Case.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel
for the petitioner, the Contempt case is closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,
pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
