This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to obstruct the devotees not to enter into temple by constructing compound wall around the temple in Compartment No.72 situated at Sammakka Saralamma temple Kunkudu Chettu Tanda, Chalakurthi Village of peddavura Mandal of Mirya-laguda division of Nalgonda District though the temple has been running since 4O years without any interruption from anybody except the Respondent Nos.2_g and it was registered on 20.O4.2O2I in the na_rne of "Sammakka Sarakka Alaya Abhivrudhi Committee" at Registrar of Societies, Nalgonda as illegal, void and opposed to Articles 14, rg, 2r and 3oo_A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession ald enjoyment of Sammakka Sarakka Temple by directing the respondents to stop the ongoing construction of compound wa_ll.
