ORDER:
This contempt case is filed seeking the following relief:
" ... pleased to issue summons and upon due enquiry punish the respondent under Section 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for willfully violating the order dated lLlT/2O22 passed in WP No 28379 of 2022 and be pleased to pass..."
2 Mr. P. Shiva Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by order dated 1L.O7.2O22 has directed the respondents to take appropriate action against the unofficial respondent if the constructions made in the subject land are without any permission, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order by duly putting the unofficid.l respondents on notice.
3: On 2O.1O.2O23, when the matter came up, this Court has posted the matter today and asked the Leained Standing Counsel to get specific instructions. He submits that the major portion of the said building is d.em.olished. However, as the unofficial respondent is not a mentally stabled person, whenever, they visited the site to remove the remaining construction, she is just lying before th'e machinery and not allowing them to remove the said construction completely.

remove the saidconstructionsand that there is no intentionon ttre part of therespondentsto violate the orders passed by this Court.
