Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 ln considering his F-Line application dated 25.O9.2021 vide Application No. DER022100 699694 for conducting survey and demarcation of the land admeasuring Ac.2.2O guntas in Sy.No.47/7/A/2 situated at Ramdaspally Village, Grampanchayat of Ramdaspally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

It is the case of the petltioner that originally one Akkala Ramaiah @ Ram Reddy and Laxma Reddy were the joint owners and pattadars of the land in an extent of Ac.20.17 guntas in Sy.No.41l7 and Ac.15.27 guntas in Sy.No.4U8 situated at Ramdapaslly Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The said Akkala Ramaiah @ Ram Reddy became the absolute owner of the land in Sy. Nos.41l7 and 47/B after division of the property between himself and Akkala Laxma Reddy. The said Akkala Ram Reddy executed a gift deed dated 05.08.1986 in favour of his son Akkala Jagal Reddy in respect of land in an extent of Ac.5.04 guntas in Sy.No.41l7 and Ac.3.37 guntas in Sy.No.41l8, total admeasuring Ac.9.01 guntas. The said Akkala .lagal Reddy executed a registered sale deed bearing document No.3281/2006 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac,5.00 guntas in Sy.No.47/7/A/1 in favour of the

petitioner and one U' Srivara^{Raja.Theygot mutated their names} in the revenue^{records and theirnames are recordedas Pattadars} and^possessors in^{the year 2018 and new patta pass book was} issued vide Khata^{No.1963in the name of the petitioner'}

Petitioner submitted^{that sincethe Survey No'41/7is vast} extent of land,^{he approachedthe respondentNo 4 for survey and} demarcation and submitted^{F-Line applicationthrough online and} remitted the requisite^{fee through Mee SEva on 25'09'2201'} However, there is^{no action initiatedon his application'}

Learned Assistant^{GovernmentPleaderforRevenue} submitted that appropriate^{directionbe issued to the respondent} No.4 for conducting surveY.

In view of the above, the^{writ petition is disposedof directing} the respondent No.4 to^{conduct survey and demarcationof the} subject land^pursuant to the^{F-Line applicationdated 25.09'2021} submitted by the^{petitioner by issuing noticeto all concernedwithin} a period of two⁽²⁾ months^{from the date of receipt of a copy of this} order.
