Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners and the^Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue,

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of^respondents, particularly respondent No.2, in not receiving/registering^the document presented by them for registration in^respect of^lands admeasuring I 33.7 sq. yards in Sy.No.I^03/2011 of^{Bandlaguda Khasla} Village, Bandtaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District,^as being illegal^and arbitrary and the petitioners pray for a consequential^directionto respondent No.2 to receive, process, register and^releasethe document.

Taking into account the above facts^{and circumstancesof the} case, the writ petition is disposed of directing^{respondentNo.2 to} accept the document^presented by the^{petitioners for registration.} In case, for any reason, the document is^refused for^{registration, then} reasons have to be recorded under Section 7l of the Registration^Act by respondent No.2 and communicate the^{said decisionto the} petitioners.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No^costs.
