Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Govemment Pleader for RevenuE.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondents, particularly respondent No.2, in not receiving/registering the document presented by them for registration in respect of lands admeasuring 2037 sq. yards in Sy.No.l03/20ll of Bandlaguda Khasla Village, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District, as being itlegal and arbitrary and the petitioners pray for a consequential direction to respondent No.2 to receive, process, register and release the document.

Taking into account the above facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to accept the document presented by the petitioners for registration. In case, for any reason, the document is refused for registration, then reasons have to be recorded under Section 7l of the Registration Act by respondent No.2 and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, ifany, shall stand closed.
