Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondents, particularly respondent No.2, in not receiving/registering the document presented by them for registration in respect of Flat No.504, 5'h Floor, Pristine Green Meadows in premises No.42-7391211 (part) on Plot Nos.13 & 14 Part, in Sy.Nos.359/i and 359/3, situated at Sardar Patel Nagar, Malkajgiri, under Greater Hyderabad lvlunicipal Corporation of lr/alka.jgiri Circle and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajg iri District, as being illegal and arbitrary and the petitioners pray for a consequential directjon to respondent No.2 to receive, process, register and release the document.

Taking into account the above facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to accept the document presented by the petitioners for registration. ln case, for any reason, the document is refused for registration, then reasons have to be recorded under Section 71 of the Registration Act by respondent No.2 and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
