Thc present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners stating that their father has filed a complaint before the Telangana State Human Rights Commission (for short "the Commission') making various allegations and the Commission has issued the impugned norice dared 25.OI.2021 .

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended before this Court that the father of the petitioners has been making wild allegations against them and a criminal case has also been registered in the matter.

This Court has carefully gone through the complaint submitted by the father of the petitioners. The complaint certainly rcveals that there are allegations in respect of violation of human rights. Thereforc, this Court does not hnd any reason to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioners are certainly free to appear before the Commission.

The writ petition is pre-mature and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall bc no order as to costs.
