Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the^stage of admission.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue raised in this rvrit petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.151 17 of 2O2l dated 7.7.2021.

In view of the same, this writ^petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents-Registering Authorities to receive and process the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of Plot Nos.20 and 21 admeasuring 400 sq.yards in Sy.No.725/6 of Southern Paradise, Phase-I, Shamshabad village and mandal, Ranga Reddy district without reference to the Notification dated 26.9.2013 issued by the District Collector, Ranga^Reddy district, subject to the petitioner complying with the^provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, and Indian Stamp Act, 1899. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse/receive the document presented before him, if he has any other objection, by duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.^The miscellaneous petitions^pending, if any, sha1l stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
