This Writ Petition,^{underArticle 226 of the Constitution} of India, is filed by^{the petitioner, wherein,the following} prayer is made.

The grievance of the^{petitioner is that though he fileda} complaint, dated^{15.02.2022, before the official respondent} No.3 against the^{unofficialrespondentNos'4 to 6' so far no} action has^{been takenon the said complaint'}

Learned Assistant Government^{Pleader for Home, on} written instructions,^{would submitthat pursuant to the} complaint, dated^{15.02.2022, submittedby the petitioner,} respondent No.3 registered^{a case in Crime No.103 of 2022 of} Jubilee Hills Police Station,^{Hyderabad,for the offencesunder} Sections 341,323 and^{506 read with 34 of I.P.C and the} investigation is in Progress.
