Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndiapraying thatin the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, theHigh Courtmay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing toreceive register the Sale Deed submitted by thepetitioners for registration withregard to the semijinished Flat Nos.301 and 303 in Third Floor and 401 and403 Fourth Floor in the complex known as'SREE VINAYAKA RESIDENCY'with built uparea ol 1120 and 1210 each floor along with carparking and un-divided sharein Plot No.126 and 127, in Sy.No.308 of Bachupally village and Mandal,Nizampet l,4unicipal Corporation, Medchal Malkajgiri District, on theground ofN4emo bearing No.G2 125712019 d|.26-08-2020 issued by the 2ndrespondentand the letter dt.01-l 1-2019 issued by the 4th respondent restraining the registrations,as highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the orders of this Hon'ble Courtin WP.No.9248 of 2021 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 3rdrespondentto receive, register and release the Sale Deed submitted by thepetitionersfor registration with regard to the semi-finished Flat Nos.301 and 303in Third Floor and 401 and 403 Fourth Floor in the complex known as'SREE VINAYAKA RESIDENCY' with built up area of 1120 and 1210 eachfloor along with car parking and un-divided share in Plot No.126 and 127, in Sy.No.308 of Bachupally village and lvlandal, Nizampet Municipal Corporation, Medchal MalkajgiriDistrict,
