Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of I,4andamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive register the Sale Deed submitted by the petitioner for registration with regard to the Semi-finished Flat No.301 in Third Floor and Flat Nos.401 in Fourth Floor with built up area of'l 630 and 815 sft. each along withparking and un-divided share in Priyanka Nivas of Vasavi Cooperative Housing Society, Plot No.58 in Sy.Nos155,156,1 57 & 161 to 165 of Bachupally Village and It/andal, Nizampet l\rlunicipal Corporation, Medchal Malkajgiri District, on theground of I/emo bearing No.G2125712019 dt.26-08-2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and the letter dt,01/1 1/2019 issued by the 4threspondent restraining the registrations, as highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the orders of this Hon'ble Courtin WP.No.9248 of 2021 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive, register and release the Sale Deed submitted by the petitioner for registration with regard to the Semi-finished Flat No.301 in Third Floor and Flat Nos.401 in Fourth Floor with built up area of 1630 and 815 sft. each along with parking and un-divided share in Priyanka Nivas of Vasavi Cooperative Housing Society, Plot No.58 in Sy.
