ORDER
This writ petition is frled aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.4 in issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds by mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of agricultural land in survey No.32, admeasuring Ac.S-OO guntas situated at Kolhari Village, Gudihatnoor Mandal, Adilabad District inspite of submitting written representation dated 21.O1 .2022.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that as per his information the claim for pattada-r passbooks submitted by the petitioner in respect of the subject land was already rejected on the ground that description of the petitioner in the Will Deed is not matching with the Family Member Certificate relied upon by her and proper documents are not submitted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings or to take steps to rectify the mistakes pointed out by the authorities, whiie passing the rejection order.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available in law. As a sequel, the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
